F.R.I.E.N.D.S.




In this entry we’ll be talking about one of the most ICONIC TV American sitcoms. Friends was first aired in 1996, but we are sure most of you have heard about it. This show is set in New York City and it talks about the lives of 6 friends who go through different situations: family troubles, past and future romances (ROSSCHEL is our FAV), fights, lots of laughs and some tears. All to learn what really means to be a friend. The theme song of the show summarises this idea very well, here you have some of the lyrics:

One of the things that make Friends go beyond the years is the cast. The characters created by David Crane and Martha Kauffman make each generation fall in love with them. You’ll crack up with Chandler’s jokes, want to steal Rachel’s closet, get nervous with Joey’s “how you doing?”, find paleontology interesting when listening to Ross, start questioning yourself if the left phalange is okay when getting on a plane thanks to Phoebe, and want to hire Monica to organize your wedding.
